We have been reading the story of Owl Babies and learnt to tell the stroy by using a technique called ‘Talk for Writing’. We put actions to the story then write these down to make a story map. This reminds us of the story when we tell it. We’ve then used puppets and story boards to tell our story to our friends. Some of us have begun to draw our own story maps about our own stories. Authors in the making!
